The Beauty of Black and White

The club has been busy lately. We had a great outing today to Russborough with special tasks :)

Today however, I wanted to share some of our members' black and white photos.  Black and white is wonderful for capturing simplicity and mood and the monochrome lends itself to a bit of drama too.  I think we all like to play around with black and white as a contrast to the vibrancy of colour. Below are some pictures taken by members, some recent and some old favourites.

First two are by myself, both sculptures, the first from the NCAD Degree Show and the second from Russborough House.
