AGM

We had our first Annual General Meeting last night which was well attended. The idea was to put a little bit of structure on the club and formalise membership requirements. We are all agreed that we want to keep the relaxed atmosphere of the club so it's not intended to get bogged down in rules and regulations.
However it was agreed that an annual membership fee of €60 is acceptable and this can be paid in installments. It was also decided that payment of membership will be a requirement for participation in the Facebook Group. There will be flexibility around this and prospective members can take part for a little while without having to fully commit.

We are very excited to be planning our first ever Calendar, which will be based on pictures around our own community. As this is our first time doing this, it has been a learning curve! Many thanks to Conor Williams for doing a lot of the work up to now and organising sponsorship. Conor has also agreed to do some workshops with members in the Autumn which we are all looking forward to and you can find details of his own upcoming courses on his Facebook Page.

We have lots planned for the coming year including exhibitions and outings so keep an eye on the Calendar for updates.

I will leave you with some recent pics from our members
